Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science

Requirements

A candidate who wishes to enroll for the Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science should comply with the following criteria:

  • Hold a master’s degree in nursing science, or a related field at NQF Level 9.
  • Minimum of 60% average in the master's qualification
  • Submission of a concept note with specific focus on their speciality
  • Motivational letter of no more than 200 words explaining why the candidate wish to pursue a doctoral programme.
