Requirements
A candidate who wishes to enroll for the Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery Science NQF Level 8 should comply with the following criteria:
- NSSC Ordinary/Advanced Subsidiary or equivalent with a minimum of 30 points in 6 subjects, including at least 2 subjects at Advanced Subsidiary level and 4 subjects at Ordinary level (with English Language at a minimum D symbol).
OR
- NSSCO/H or equivalent with a minimum of 25 points in 6 subjects with a minimum D symbol in English.
- Applicants should have passed any two of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Development Studies.
- Enrolled Nurses/Accoucheurs with a minimum of 2 years working experience, at least 22 points in Grade12 (NSSCO/H), and a minimum E symbol in English may also apply.
